Sounds like Bourbeau was reluctant to fight Flipper (judging from what the announcers were saying) and if that was the case he was pooched from the start. You go into a fight not thinking you have a chance, you're gonna get embarrassed, let alone a top heavy who does nothing but box in the off season and loves to fight.

I fought Bourbeau in Junior, he's a tough kid, but I remember watching Flipper play Junior A in my hometown for a few years and never once remember seeing him lose and he fought anyone and everyone. ALOT. He's in a league if his own.

Skated right into the punch! You gotta roll with them! Filipic looked like a pro boxer fighting some street urchin, timed it well and won the fight.

As I said in previous fight commentaries about how pathetic it is to get iced by a jab. Well Borbeau gets lobotomized here. Don't ever drop those gloves again unless you're fighting Lady Byng herself!
