That is some cheap **** right there. Takes a real man to punch someone while they're being held by the refs. Tarnasky's a punk.

fkn zebras, they're the biggest threat out there these days. assistant ref schampoo should be suspended 25 games - intent to injure/blow to the head. make an example of him! bloody disgrace.

what twits would even give a vote to Tarnasky for a punch thrown when Allen was being held !!

good job linesmen, you should be real proud of yourselves, real class acts. They let a guy get his spine fused to the boards, but won't let his buddy take revenge. I forked over $80 bucks to see this snoozefest and they stopped the only thing worth watching!! alright, i lied, i watched it on tv, but still!!!

draw because the punch was with the officials trying to break it up. Just let them go

one must protect oneself at all times. a cheap shot is a cheap shot

This was a non fight. Tarnasky threw a cheap one. The linesman got Allen drilled. Stay out!

that qualifies as a fight? More like a single cheap shot......

Linesmen dominated this one. I ook for paybacks tonight in the rematch game.

for attitude adjustment purposes, they should put tarnasky and boulerice in a locked room for 10 minutes with laraque, orr and godard

Draw at best...how can anyone give the nod to a gutless coward like Tarnasky...that's something like only Sean Avery would do!! First of all, he should get suspended for the cheap-shot hit from behind that he put on Mike VanRyn...that was a dangerous hit from behind, a potential career ending type of hit!! Where has the honor and respect for the players and the game gone to?? The NHL doesn't need PUNK's like Tarnasky trolling the ice, taking blatant cheap shots on real hockey players!! The sucker punch Tarnasky threw at Allen with the two linesmen holding him back is completely inexcusable, mostly on Tarnasky's part, but also the linesmen were irresponsible in making Allen so vulnerable!! Brian Allen is an excellent hockey player with honor and courage, unlike Tarnasky, and I hope he gets the chance to exact his revenge on that gutless coward!! Colin Campbell better throw the book at Tarnasky with a 25 game suspension for that cowardly act!!

Refs blew it twice once on the boarding major and once when both players dropped the gloves but they dont let the boys go and allen gets popped because of it.
I don't blame tarnasky- they both wanted to go so let em go refs
