Holmqvist landed 3 weak uppercuts and jerseyed Lebda for an easy win.

Homer took a run at Lebda, they started fighting and Homer gave him a few uppercuts and got Lebda's jersey over his head and the refs jumped in. Not a very good fight but Homer was the definate winner.

explains why the Wings don't fight much

Holmqvist showed up, and that's about it. I don't blame him for not taking off his visor either, because it looks like Lebda dropped his gloves first and charged him.

Bad hit by Holmqvist, Lebda must retaliate. About the fight Holmqvist did a very good job and extra credit stopping after he pulled Lebdas jersey when he clearly could have done more damage. The visor he never got the time too take of othervise very strong performance by Holmqvist.

Lebda did what he had to do after he was plowed.

I hate pu*sys who fight with the visor on. Take that sh*t off.

good for lebda sticking up for himself, that was kinda a cheap hit. but holmqvist dominated this one.

Typical dirty shot by chicago. Glad Lebda stood his ground im sure he was still fazed by the shoulder to the head. Do you hear it? In the distance?Nasty attitudes with strength coming to Hockeytown, got to protect Dats and Zett in playoffs. GO WINGS!

The hit was better than the fight.

Brett Lebda did what he should have done, Holmqvist's hit was not at all necessary, and Lebda stood up for himself. He may not have won the fight, but he got the message across. I applaud him for that.

Holmqvist should have received a charging penalty after ringing Lebda's bell! Hopefully Bertuzzi will be able to square things before the end of the season!

Lebda made a great deike but Holmqvist gave him a cheap check. Holmqvist also didnt let Lebda fight he kept his jersey over his head the whole time. Holmqvist is a pussy.

THERES A POKEMON NAMED LEBDYA ITS A LADYBUG POKEMON. IT ACCTUALLY LOOKED LIKE THE POKEMON LEBDYA RIGHT THERE IN THAT FIGHT.

Posted by mikebflorida on February 28, 2007 at 09:14 AM

Fags...one with a visor on, one who couldn't fight his way out of a wet paper bag. I hate fights like this, especially with any Swede involved. Phooey!

Posted by Harold Snepsts on February 28, 2007 at 10:46 AM

Cheapshot to the head by Holmqvist, then he doesn't take his visor off and immediately goes for Lebda's jersey. Lebda lost the fight but I give him points for at least standing up for himself. Holmqvist is a coward.

The Wings are so pussy even the announcer cries after holmqvist buries lebda with a good hit. sad when a swede kicks your ass.

Holmqvist with the EGDE because of better control in this short scrap.

Waste of time

Weak fight. I agree with the anouncer in this vid. What he said applies to Chris Neil last week as well. Those of you who played before or currently at any level know that while you have to keep your head up- your also accountable for conroling you body and your stick. Throwing these cheap hits don't prove your tuff, they prove the opposite. Holmqvist could have come in low and followed through straight with his arms. Instead the practically leaves his feet while Lebda is looking at his feet. Still, you have to keep your head up Lebda.

ZZZZZ.. Boring.

Posted by zkrisp on February 28, 2007 at 03:20 PM

It was ok, cheap shot on lebda but w.e...lebda still owned him...

Posted by slshbleed on February 28, 2007 at 05:08 PM

Lebda is from chicago. he has to do better than that or he will end up a blackhawk.
