The two shove each other before dropping the gloves and squaring off at center ice. Cross throws three uppercuts while Ott goes down to his knees for a short moment. Ott returns to his feet and struggles to get an arm free while Cross continues to throw rights. Cross then throws nine straight rights at a bent over Ott. Ott returns fire with a few rights while Cross loses his balance and falls, forcing the linesmen to come in and end the fight.

Cross used his big reach for his advantage feeding several times to Ott.
He fights almost perfectly until lost his situation in the end losing his balance.
No adv by Ott for next as the officials does come immediately to stopping the fight.
C.Cross with CLEAR win in good bout, controlling clearly mostly(about 3/4 of the fight).

not even a close fight. Almost as entertaining as watching Domi vs. Chara. Ott was completely dominated in size. Good to see the Redwings with some protection for the skill players, and disappointing that the Stars have Ott as the only guy right now that is willing to drop them to back a teammate.

hahaha...ott is such a sissieboy....when he decided to hike his skirt & fight..he fights cory cross....and gets his ass handed to him
