Shortly after the faceoff the two drop the gloves and square off in front of the Anaheim net. Parros grabs ahold of Parker and Parker strikes first, landing a body shot. Parros throws three rights and two exchange a simultaneous pair of rights after that. Parros switches things up and connects with a left jab. Parros throws two rights that hit Parker's helmet and Parker connects with another body shot. They exchange a couple of rights and Parros tries to take Parker's helmet off. At the same time, Parker gets Parros' jersey up and over his head and lands a body shot and a right just before the linesmen come in.

The two get tangled up near the benches while trying to battle for the puck and Tootoo gives Tollefsen a couple of cross-checks. They then exchange a few words before deciding to drop the gloves. The camera unfortunately gets to the scrap pretty late and shows Tollefsen throwing a right at a bent-over Tootoo while Tollefsen's jersey is over his head. The linesmen are right there to break things up shortly after.

Vandermeer sends Pyatt flying into the boards while Pyatt sends the puck behind the Chicago net. Pyatt gets back to his feet and goes after Vandermeer, giving him a few shots while play continues. The two finally decide to drop the gloves and grab ahold of each other between the faceoff circles. Pyatt starts the party with four rights and Vandermeer returns fire after that with a right cross. Vandermeer gets in two quick lefts and they then go back and forth with right hands. Vandermeer connects with a body shot and a right to Pyatt's helmet. Pyatt throws a right in between Vandermeer's shots and follows up with two more rights until he loses his balance for a moment. Vandermeer takes Pyatt's helmet off and switches hands, connecting with a left. They grapple and end up against the side boards where Vandermeer just misses with a big uppercut. They wrestle around until Pyatt gets free and lands a mix of seven long and short rights to the side of Vandermeer's head. Vandermeer adds a left during Pyatt's flurry and throws another uppercut and a right just before the linesmen decide that the two have had enough and step in. Other Penalties: Vandermeer received a holding the stick.

Bell hits Alexandre Picard hard into the boards with Picard's face hitting the partition. Kane drops his gloves and goes right after Bell, forcing Bell to shed his mitts as well. The two wrestle around while Picard remains face down on the ice. Bell eventually throws an uppercut and they are stuck in a very awkward position before Kane turns around and pushes Bell to the ice. The linesmen come in and separate them. Other Penalties: Kane received an instigator and misconduct; Bell a boarding.

They struggle to get loose for a bit and Eager finally gets free, throwing two rights while Bell tries to move away from the punches. Bell is able to remove Eager's helmet and Eager throws an uppercut and a right. Eager drags Bell farther down ice and misses with a right, allowing Bell to take advantage and throw a left. Eager gets Bell turned around and throws three overhand rights to the back of Bell's head. Bell then suddenly lets go, sending Eager crashing into the boards. The linesmen step in and the two are sent to their respective penalty boxes.

They get in tight, grapple and both try and sneak in a couple of short shots. They position themselves a little better and Goertzen lands a few decent rights. Tootoo counters with a couple of lefts. Tootoo switches to the right and lands a good shot as Goertzen attempts another right, but is put off-balance. Tootoo wrestles Goertzen to his knees and lands a few more rights as the linesmen come in.

Fedor Tyutin knocks Thorburn to the ice with a hit along the boards. Thorburn gets to his feet and goes after Tyutin, giving him two cross checks until Hollweg comes into the picture. Hollweg and Thorburn quickly drop the gloves and tie each other up. Thorburn throws an overhand right while falling to his knees for a short moment and Hollweg throws a short right when Thorburn gets back up. Thorburn returns fire with two rights of his own just before Hollweg gets Thorburn's jersey over his head and wrestles him to the ice with the linesmen quickly breaking things up shortly after. Other Penalties: Tyutin received an interference.

They go back and forth with rights and McGrattan makes sure to add in a few jersey-jabs during the exchange. McGrattan throws two more rights that hit Peters' helmet and Peters comes back with one of his own, but the linesmen are right there to skate on in and break things up.

Janssen is the first to strike, throwing six rights and three uppercuts with half of them landing while Belak tries to get set up. Janssen throws two more rights and an uppercut with Belak responding in the form of a body shot and a jersey-jab. Janssen throws six straight rights until Belak connects with a left and they exchange rights. Belak throws a left and waits while Janssen tries to get his right arm out from underneath his jersey. Janssen shakes off his elbow pad and Belak throws another jersey-jab just before they exchange lefts. Janssen throws another left and his jersey comes off while he is throwing three more. Belak connects with a long right and they exchange lefts until the linesmen move in and break things up.

Tkachuk grabs ahold of Kesler and throws five rights; Kesler throws a right while trying to get set and regain position. Tkachuk switches hands and throws a left just as Kesler gets in a right. Tkachuk starts to pull Kesler's jersey over his head, but Kesler throws an overhand right that grazes Tkachuk's chin. Tkachuk then throws two rights while Kesler loses his balance and falls to the ice. The linesmen are quick to jump in and separate them.

Wisniewski throws a check on Moen near the Ducks' bench and Moen turns around and gives him a shot, letting him know he's there. They stare down for a bit, then drop the gloves. They square off and circle around some. Wisniewski lunges at Moen, almost sending them both to the ice. Moen regains his balance as Wisniewski throws a couple of rights. Moen counters with a hard right of his own and then the two continue to exchange wild rights. A handful of throws from each later Wisniewski misses one completely, losing his balance, and falling to the ice with Moen on top.

They then drop the gloves and quickly grab ahold of each other with McGrattan throwing a mix of nine straight rights and uppercuts while Janssen tries to get set up. Janssen throws a right that hits McGrattan's arm while McGrattan takes Janssen's helmet off. McGrattan throws ten unanswered rights and uppercuts before Janssen shakes his elbow pad off and finally throws a right in response. They exchange rights and McGrattan goes back to throwing with the right hand, connecting with two more right before Janssen lands a right. They exchange locked-out rights and Janssen switches hands, throwing two lefts. McGrattan comes back with a right cross and the two go back and forth with punches: McGrattan with rights, Janssen sticking with lefts, until the two get tied up and the linesmen move in to end the fight.

Right off of the faceoff the two quickly drop their gloves and go directly after each other. Winchester starts things off with a flurry of six straight rights to the side and back of Mayers' helmet while Mayers tries to get free. Mayers comes back with an overhand right and they grapple for a short moment until Winchester throws an uppercut that hits Mayers' chest and falls to his knees. Winchester stands back up and Mayer throws two rights before flipping Winchester and slamming him to the ice. The linesmen are then quick to intervene and separate them.
