Nov 13, 2003 Calgary Flames Krzysztof Oliwa
1pd 01:57 Nashville Predators Jim McKenzie
They drop the gloves after the faceoff and grab on to each other. Jimmy Mac starts off with two lefts, one hitting nothing but air, and the other hits Oliwa's shoulder. Oliwa then throws two rights. The first one catches air, the second one catches McKenzie right on the jaw. McKenzie's knees buckled, but he tries to recover and they start to grapple again. They throw punches at the same time, Oliwa a right that hit McKenzie's sternum, and McKenzie with a left that hit Oliwa's shoulder. McKenzie throws another left that hits under Oliwa's arm. Oliwa is off-balance now and Jimmy Mac gets the take down.

1pd 12:05 Arizona Coyotes Cale Hulse
They look at each other, and say lets go. Hulse threw the first punch, a left that didn't seem to connect. They grab on and go into the boards, and Hulse just seemed to want to hold on after that. Cummins tried to get loose, and as a result got in about four punches. The linesmen then step in and it's over.

Nov 12, 2003 Detroit Red Wings Darryl Bootland
3pd 14:39 Dallas Stars Steve Ott
Right out of the penalty box these two drop the gloves. They have a short squareoff, Bootland quickly skates towards Ott. Ott throws one and misses while Bootland throws two, with one landing slightly. Ott buries his head into Bootland's chest and Bootland throws about four to five shots, with three landing on Ott's head. Then Bootland starts ragdolling Ott, and Ott falls on his knees, but gets right back up. Ott throws two that miss Bootland, then they are still together and Ott tries throwing one or two more as Bootland throws thirteen lefts with several landing on Ott's helmetless head. They jostle a little more and Bootland shoves Ott to the ice.

Peat was getting in a couple, hitting some shoulder, while Boulerice connected to Peat's face well. Nov 12, 2003 Pittsburgh Penguins Dan Focht
2pd 17:46 New York Rangers Dan LaCouture
Focht has been banging bodies most of the period and Lacouture goes in front of net to meet him. They decide to go and Focht gets a decent right in. Lacouture a left and then Focht falls down with Lacouture "cleaning the ice with him", but he lets him back up to resume fight. Lacouture then gets a couple of lefts in, Focht answers with one or two and they move all over ice from fighting. Pretty decent bout.

Nov 12, 2003 Pittsburgh Penguins Kelly Buchberger
1pd 02:04 New York Rangers Matt Barnaby
Started after a hit by Barnaby. They drop em and Buchy starts throwing some big rights, not too much landing. Barnaby counters with some short punches, they get in close and wrestle for position. Buchy tries to land a few, nothing much. Typical Barnaby fight, shook the head to wave off the refs, nothing major landing.

Off the faceoff they agree to go. Nice squareoff, Bouloton tries to grab on, but Stevenson gets his hand out of his jersey, so they squareoff some more, then grab on. Boulton has his left hand wrapped around Stevenson's neck and they are trading rights to the back and side of each other's helmets while spinning around. Boulton then throws Stevenson to the ice.

These two have a good square off behind the play. As they come together, Fedoruk nails Cairns with a hard left on the chin, dropping him. The linesmen hestitate to get in, and Fedoruk lets Cairns back up to continue. They each throw an overhand right, and then Cairns gets his right arm out of his sleeve. Nov 11, 2003 New York Islanders Eric Godard
1pd 02:19 Philadelphia Flyers Donald Brashear
Brash is challenged by Godard and they drop em with a decent squareoff. Brash gets the left going on Godard, and gets a lot of helmet/side of head. Brash throws some uppercuts that also connect and then Godard throws a few shots himself. They go down and get back up. Brash has a good lock on Godard preventing him from swinging well. They throw a couple more, mainly Brash, who's connecting well with his shots, and then get in close and the linesman come in.
Voted winner: Donald Brashear (84.0%) - Voted rating: 6.4
