Hockeyfights Friday Fight (Two) Week Recap – February 8th, 2019

| nationdan

The sad reality of the NHL is that fighting is slowing and less and less fights happening. We’re headed to a world where this is the reality:

And instead of seeing Zucker having to answer the bell, it’s left up to the refs to hand out two minutes there. The slow of fights combined with the All-star break made it so that we delayed the recap from last week to this week.

That’s the NHL, but all is not doom and gloom. The AHL and CHL, as well as some international leagues, still are putting out some of the best fights you will see these days. We have added a new feature to the front of the site that will allow you to see the most recent uploads no matter where they come from. The best in the business at clipping and logging videos, Chilly and to a much lesser extent, myself,  will continue to bring you all we can and introduce some new features.

A reminder if you’d like to submit your “Must-See Monday” list, let me know the theme of your list and send it to [email protected] along with your social media handles.

Let’s see what the last two weeks brought us.
