Comments: The fight happened at the same time as Boulerice-Hordichuk, right in front of the goal. The play ended and for some reason these guys just dropped the gloves. It was nothing but wrestling and jockeying for position.

Comments: After play died Boulerice was looking for Hordichuck who charged on him pretty quickly. After skating toward the center of the Florida zone both threw a couple of nothing rights, then Boulerice got spun around. When Boulerice got up he tried to go southpaw, but Hordi charged him again before Boulerice got set and tied Boulerice in his jersey. After that Hordichuck tried to get in some overhead rights, but either missed or caught helmet while Boulerice fluttered two week rights that missed.

Comments: They squareoff and get in close. They are both tied up pretty well and not landing much. Boulerice gets the sweater up and lands what looks like on first view to be a couple solid shots to O'Donnell's head. They then slip and fall with O'Donnell landing on top.

Comments: Smith checks Adams into the boards. Adams drops the gloves first and Smith follows. They tie up and Smith throws two rights that miss. Adams throws a big right that misses and they fall to the ice. Smith threw two more.

Comments: Boughner crushes Thornton with a hit and Boogey starts skating away. Thornton chased him down with his gloves off and drops him with a right. Everyone jumps in and Cheechoo and Wallin start going. Other Penalties: Thornton received an instigator and misconduct.

Comments: A lot of grappling and wrestling for posistion, Wallin throws a right that connects and some more grappling. Chechoo throws a couple which don't land and the linesmen break it up. Other Penalties: Each player received a game misconduct.

Comments: They go right off the faceoff. Camera was late getting there, but when it did they had each other at arms-length, with the rights cocked back. They were spinning each other around and just trading big rights. Boulerice with about four right in a row, all connecting, then Parker with some rights, then Boulerice again. Boulerice then falls to the ice, (off-balance) and the linesmen jump in. Boulerice's jesery was ripped down the middle.

Comments: Thornton returns form serving his 10 minutes and Boulerice is chatting with him after a whistle. The refs step in, and both player jump around them to finish this off. Thornton starts off throwing rights to the back of Boulerice's head and then Boulerice connects with two rights. Boulerice throws the right as Thornton throws the left, all of them wiffs, and Thornton falls to the ice.

Comments: Primeau was throwing some weak uppercuts and rights, while they had each other's jersey pretty well tied up. They each threw some nothing punches and the linesmen came in. Other Penalties: Primeau received an instigator, double slashing, misconduct and game misconduct.

Comments: After the puck is dropped, they drop the gloves. They are immediately in close, wrestling, grappling. Roy appears to land one to the back of Boulerice, and then one around the back of the neck. They go to the ice while grappling. Short fight.

Comments: Peat levels Marty Murray and Boulerice goes straight at him. They squareoff for a little, come togethor and hold each other off and swing long punches. Peat was getting in a couple, hitting some shoulder, while Boulerice connected to Peat's face well. Then Boulerice pulls Peat's jersey over his head and then starts throwing lefts at Peat, landing a few. As the linesmen come in to break it up Peat lands a few to Boulerice's head. Other Penalties: Boulerice received an instigator and misconduct.

Comments: Long square off. Neil goes at Boulerice, and they both start chucking them. Both throwing huge shots, most of them grazing at first. Then they both start landing some of those huge shots. They both landed 2-3 BIG blows on each other. They both finally went down, and Neil threw another pretty big shot while on the ice. Boulerice seemed to be winning at the begining, and Neil took control at the end.

Comments: Really long fight that's mostly pulling and pushing. Boullion lands a nice overhand right on the bigger Adams and maybe lands another. More pushing and Adams begins to do better than Boullion, using his superior size. While long, not really much of a fight. Best punch by Boullion, more punches by Adams.

Comments: At the end of the game a scrum begins behind the net. Boogy grabs Quintal and they skate away from the pile. Boogy throws a right, then Quintal throws a right, Boogy throws another one, but it misses and they get bent over and shuffle around in front of the benches until the refs come in. Quintal still wants a piece of Boogy as the linesmen come in and throws a right over top of the linesmen and really has to be pulled away from him hard. Other Penalties: Quintal received an attempt to injure match penalty, gross misconduct and game misconduct.

Comments: They started out in tight and were able to get free, Ward landed a big punch early, then they exchanged a couple, and then Kostopoulos landed a very solid punch to the forehead of Ward which actually had enough force to separate the two players. They squared off again, and Ward landed a couple big punches and sent Tom K. to the ice, and it looked like Ward landed a few more While Tom K was on the ice. Real good battle.

Comments: Carolina goes up 1-0 and on the ensuing faceoff Doull challenges Boulerice and he obliges. Boulerice starts backing up with Doul in pursuit and they come together and Doull starts firing rights, most come up short with maybe one or two landing. During the flurry Boulerice loses his balance and goes down, but gets up. Doull continues to punch, coming up short while Boulerice is lining him up. Boulerice starts tossing the right nailing Doull, then connecting with a nice one which puts Doull to the ice.

Comments: The bigger Pyatt lands a couple of nice rights, one dropping Boughner to a knee, but he got back up. Boughner seemed like he wanted to hold on after an uppercut by Pyatt.

Comments: Right off a neutral zone faceoff they squareoff, then tie-up with both throwing some small shots on the way in. Simon then unleashes a flurry of punches, Boulerice throws some that don't look to land while trying to dodge Simon's onslaught. Simon looks to land the majority to the side of the head and neck shoulder area, some land solidly to the face. Simon threw a lot of punches. Boulerice goes down to a knee, but bounces right back up and proceeds to start slinging. Simon is a bit better at dodging the punches, but Boulerice lands some good shots to the head. Simon goes to a knee and gets up. Simon eventually gets a good hold of Boulerice, they both throw and a couple of more and Simon throws Boulerice to the ice as Jesse loses his balance.

Comments: Boogie and Dingman are in the death lock behind the net. They push apart and Boughner lands one, with Dingman actually throwing back and then controlling some grappling. Dingman throws a couple more and falls on Boogie.

Comments: These two drop them behind the play and grapple for position at the start with Boughner throwing a few that don't seem to land. Neil throws some inside punches, not sure if any landed. Boughner seemed to be trying to fight in-close and no effective punches were really thrown. Neil ends up with the takedown and lets up on Boughner when he could have hit him when he was down.

Comments: Right at center ice they go at it early in the first period. A good fight with lots of punches thrown. More by Skrlac, but Boulerice possibly landed more quality shots. Skrlac either tired out or got stung by a punch towards the end. He stopped trying to throw'em and grabbed Jesse with both hands and wrestled him down.

Comments: They squareoff near center ice. Boulton throws three or four rights, nothing landing. Boulerice starts firing back, but doesn't land anything either. Boulton hits the ice clutching his shoulder and Boulerice lets up. Boulton heads to the dressing room with a shoulder injury.

Comments: Shortly after the Boulton-Boulerice fight, these guys go by the bench. Mair was hammering away with left uppercuts on a ducking Adams to start. Landed one or two, the rest hit helmet. Adams comes back and lands a nice punch. Mair starts firing shots at a ducking Adams again. Adams throws a big left that looks like it hit shoulder and Mair goes down. Adams throws a right once they're down.

Comments: Starts off the faceoff in the Canes' zone to the right of Weekes. Verot throws some shots going in, nothing looked to seriously land. Boughner throws one or two light punches right at the tie-up, one lands, but nothing to it. Verot gets the back of Boughner's jersey behind his neck and backs Boughner to the boards near the corner. Both are throwing some shots that aren't getting around to the head. Boughner then slips another good shot to the face, but wasn't much behind it. Verot manages to get Boughner in a head-lock, and Boughner almost looks to try to suplex Verot WWE-style. Boughner backs out of the head-lock and has a great position (he's holding Verot from behind). They both sort of go down, not all the way, they bounce back up, and Boughner starts slinging punches, one or two land and Verot goes down. Boughner throws another one or two to the neck or head area after Verot goes down.

Comments: Doig rushes Cole and checks him practically into the Canes' bench. They both sling the gloves off, Cole grabs Doig's jersey and hangs on. Doig throws some roundhouses that catch shoulder. Doig gets Cole's jersey up around his head, and looks to land one really solid uppercut on Cole. Cole backs out of his jersey and grabs Doig and nearly wrestles him into the Canes' bench.

Comments: Doig hits a Cane player from behind and into the boards, then all the Canes go after him.Craig Adams is the first to go after Doig, and Boulerice barely misses crushing Doig with a hit from behind, then he tries to get at Doig, but Peat steps in and grabs Boulerice. Doig and Adams grapple, not much thrown. Peat and Boulerice don't throw any punches either. Other Penalties: Doig received a boarding; Jesse Boulerice a roughing.

Comments: Verot was throwing pretty good rights and St. Jacques went for one, but got caught with a right that put St. Jacques down for a second. To his credit he got back up and tossed Verot to the ice and hit Verot in the back of the head a few times. They both got up and just hold on. Other Penalties: Each player received a game misconduct.

Comments: Off the faceoff they go, skating around a bit before locking up. They trade some good shots. Quintal stops throwing and tries to hug and then gets hunched over and Boulerice lands a few more rights, then pulls the jersey over Quintal's head and connects with a few more. Quintal tries to come back, but he has his head down and Boulerice was in control, connecting with one or two more before the linesmen step in. Quintal is out the rest of the game with a hand injury.

Comments: Boulerice hits Stevenson midway through the first period and the two decide to go. After skating half-way across the ice the two engage in a short bout. Stevenson is the aggressor early, but doesn't land anything and can't pull Boulerice down. Boulerice then takes over and lands a couple of solid punches while pulling Stevenson down.

Comments: Right after a goal these two decide they are going to go. Short square off, then Brennan dives in with two weak rights to the back of Boulerice's helmet. Boulerice tries to throw one and then they both fall down.

Comments: A delayed penalty is coming against the Pens. Kostopoulos touches the puck, the whistle blows and Cole comes in and hits him late. TK goes after him and a big scrum breaks out. Landon Wilson comes in and goes after Cole. A linesman comes in and grabs Wilson and Adams comes over and starts taking shots at Wilson from behind. Wilson turns around and throws a couple of off-balance punches. Adams loses his balance and goes down, then Wilson gets on top and starts hitting Adams with rights. Other Penalties: Wilson received an unsportsmanlike conduct and obstruction holding; Glen Wesley an unsportsmanlike conduct.

Comments: They square off and it looked like Boulerice got a good right in. No damage done to Hordi and both start throwing wild haymakers and Hordi loses his jersey. Both miss with tons of bombs and Hordi gets the takedown.

Comments: Starts just inside the Isles blueline. Asham trying to spark his team and gives Adams the stick and asks him if he wants to go. Adams drops them, as does Asham. Adams starts by throwing two or three rights, mostly hitting helmet and shoulder. Asham responds with rights of his own. Adams gets the jersey up over Asham's head. Asham still lands two or three good ones with the jersey over his head. Asham is still throwing when the linesmen come in since the jersey wasn't coming down.
