And We’re Off
The first regular season games in North America were played last night. A few fights in four games. The Leafs and Sens didn’t waste any time getting at each other. Wade Redden got into two fights, and now he’s the league leader, go figure.
There are eight games on tap tonight, including another Leafs-Sens game.
Guess who’s rooting for the Avs?
The Avalanche play the Predators tonight, and I’m thinking Kellie Pickler might be rooting against the Preds.
Nashville Predator Jordin Tootoo may have just learned an important country music lesson: Never cheat on a woman with a microphone and an audience.
When I first read that I thought he cheated on her somewhere with a mic on. “Awesome”, until I read it again. Continuing…
While performing in Michigan on Sept. 22, concertgoers say, Kellie told the crowd that Jordin cheated on her, so her theme song now is Carrie Underwood’s “Before He Cheats.”
While she joked that she hoped his teeth were knocked out during that night’s game, her attempt to laugh through her pain didn’t last long: She cried onstage while singing “Didn’t You Know How Much I Loved You.”
Lordy. Thanks to Alanah for the tip.
