Starts out at center ice. Lappy starts landing a few on Smith. Then Smith answers back with about 10-12 lefts. They all landed, but many seemed to hit helmet. They get tied up and teh linesmen jump in.

Smith and Marshall grab each others jerseys, dance for one second, then Smith starts throwing lefts, landing all but one. Marshall did not land the first one and about the 5th left thrown by Smith took Marshall completely down.

DJ Smith found his way back into the Colorado line-up last night and took on Lance Ward. They come together at center ice and start firing. Ward lands a great haymaker that snaps Smith's head back, but Smitty stays on his skates and continues to throw em and Ward goes down.

Boulerice levels Aubin. Just then the Avs are changing the defensemen so Smith comes on and goes right for Boulerice. They drop em and tie up. Smith throws a right that hits shoulder, Boulerice throws a right cross that looked to land on the chin. Smith then lands a hard right. Boulerice throws a left that hits the back of the helmet, which he then rips off. Boulerice throws a wild right which throws both guys off balance, so Smith falls and gets up and pushes Boulerice down and throws one to the back of the helmet.

Marshall finishes a weak check and the jawing begins. After a couple "wanna go's" D.J. drops and tries to attack with a quick right, however, Marshall pops him a good right instead. Smith then catches Marshall with a couple of good quick rights, then Marshall pops Smith with another right. Next thing ya know, Marshall throws an unsuspecting left and down goes Smith.
