Comments: After a whistle, a small scrum develops in the crease and Pearson glides in and shoves Muller. Though separated by the linesmen, they shed their gloves and are allowed to fight. After grappling and exchanging a few short, ineffectual lefts, they finally get loose. They throw a few wild lefts each before Muller misses with one allowing Pearson to club him with a few rights on the back of his head as he gets back into position. Now tired they come together and wait to be separated.

Comments: At the beginning of the game these two agree to go almost right off the bat. Lapointe throws a right to start and the two quickly start going toe-to-toe, Lapointe with the right and Muller with the left. Its clear Lapointe's shots are connecting well and square in the face and after half a dozen Muller topples over backwards.
