Comments: Behind the play the two drop the gloves and square off just inside of the blue line. Montador grabs ahold of Janssen and throws two lefts while Janssen throws two rights. Montador shakes off his elbow pad and throws a right cross just as Janssen lands a right that stuns him. Janssen then starts firing away with the right hand at a bent over Montador. Montador fights to keep his balance and move away from the punches, but he eventually falls to his knees while Janssen is still throwing. The linesmen quickly come in and grab the two right after.

Comments: Montador dumps the puck into the San Jose zone takes a hit from Clowe. They drop the gloves and Clowe starts off with a right while pinned up against the boards. They move away from the boards Clowe gets his right freed up enough to land an uppercut and then a quick overhand shot. Montador responds with a left and they start to spin while Clowe throws some rights. Montador is trying to throw more lefts, but loses his balance and falls to the ice allowing the linesmen to come in and break it up.

Comments: Janssen nails Juraj Kolnik with a hit along the boards and Montador goes right after him. They drop the gloves and grab ahold of each other with Janssen throwing three rights, connecting with two of them to begin the fight. Montador responds with a quick right, but Janssen is right there to answer with two of his own. Janssen throws another right just before shaking his elbow pad off, but Montador falls to the ice before any more damage can be done. The linesmen move in and the two are then separated. Other Penalties: Montador received an instigator and misconduct; Janssen a charging.

Comments: These two tie up near the Panthers' net. As the puck moves up the ice they drop the gloves and square off. Neil takes a righty stance, Montador a southpaw. Montador grabs Neil and quickly lands a couple of lefts. Neil grabs Montador and gets his helmet off as they begin to grapple. They grapple and Neil attempts a couple of rights, then lefts, but he can't get his arm free enough to throw a full punch. Montador throws a right that Neil avoids. Montador starts to go down from the momentum and Neil turns him around. Montador gets up and Neil throws a big right that lands on Montador's back as Montador falls again. This time Montador makes it to the ice and Neil lands on top. The linesmen come in and break it up.
