Willie and Mark come together as the puck is moving out of the Wild defensive zone. They both keep each other real close and start throwing punches at each other's helmets and shoulder pads. Bell may have landed a few shots, not many you could call quality.

They go off the draw, Bell throws some uppercuts one of which seemed to stun Ian. Laperriere tries to come back, but ends up pushing Bell down to the ice. A quickie.

Nolan's looking to spark something, and meets Bell by the bench and they drop em. They start to grapple. Nolan gets 2 to the back of Bell's head, then Nolan gets his arm stuck, but has Bell locked out. Bell then starts doing some damage. Bell gets the helmet off, then he gets off 3 or 4 good shots to Nolan's face, while the sweater of Nolan starts to come off.

Short fight with Ling landing a couple of lefts which put Bell off balance and on the ice. Other Penalties: Bell received an instigator, misconduct and game misconduct; Ling a boarding.

Roenick drills Bell in the corner. Bell takes exception and wants to go. Roenick doesn't really want to go but doesn't back down. Bell drops the gloves and then shrugs to Roenick and gives the "are you gonna drop em" look. Roenick drops em and it's a pretty entertaining fight. Not much landing but a wild exchange. Bell rips Roenick's helmet off and it appears to cut Roenick. Roenick may of landed a wild one and Bell lands two good rights. One an uppercut and one a straight right. Roenick grabs onto Bell's leg and tries to take him down. Bell and Roenick are both smiling afterwards.
