| At a faceoff, Regehr gives Sawyer a shot with his stick below the belt. Sawyer shakes it off, and lines back up. After the puck is dropped, Regher drops his gloves and immediately grabs Sawyer, but Sawyer doesn't go. He keeps his gloves on, and the linesmen step in. Well, in comes Lambert and Morris and Allison everybody else on the ice and the gloves are all off. Then Sawyer throws his gloves off and tries to find a partner to go with. Trnka and Morris pair off and exchange punches in a pretty short tilt. Other Penalties: Regehr received a double roughing; Sawyer a roughing. | ||||

Other Penalties: Morris received an instigator and misconduct; Jan Hlavac and Scott Nichol received roughings. | ||||
