Comments: Right after Tkachuk scores to tie the game at 2 these two converge and drop the gloves. It's over quickly as Mellanby is firing punches every which way, while Cullimore may have thrown just a couple. Mellanby then tosses Cullimore hard to the ice with both of them still throwing. Other Penalties: Cullimore received a game misconduct.

Comments: Mellanby hits Bombardir in front of the net, they finally drop the gloves near center ice. Mellanby just chucks them one after another, but hits helmet or face shield while Bombardir just grapples. He holds Mellanby until the linesmen come in.

Comments: Mellanby hooks Bertuzzi. Bert gets up and starts talking to Mellanby, they both drop the gloves and get a hold of each other's jersey. Mellanby throws a right to the side of Bert's stomach, then throws two or three more to the back of Bert while he is bending over. Bertuzzi straightens up and trys a huge right that might have grazed Mellanby. Bertuzzi then throws down Mellanby and the fight's over. Other Penalties: Mellanby received an obstruction.

Comments: Starts during a scrum. It's mostly grappling with Mellanby landing a couple of short rights to the helmet or visor of Konowalchuk. They start to migrate towards the corner from behind the net and are spinning a little at the same time. Mellanby unleashes a huge haymaker that misses the mark and goes right over Konowalchuk's head. After the haymaker, Konowalchuk pins Mellanby against the glass. Mellanby tries to get Konowalchuk's helmet off while they are against the glass, Konowalchuk has had enough and goes for the takedown and it's over. Other Penalties: Dallas Drake received a boarding.
