Comments: In a blowout game, Boulton catched Lindros with a big hit and Domi skates in and throws a gloved punch at Boulton to protect his concussion-prone linemate. Exelby grabs Domi from behind allowing Boulton to unloads five heavy rights on Domi who can't defend himself. At this point, all the players pile in and the linesmen break this up. Lindros ends up on top of Exelby, but when they get up, they break away from the main scrum. Exelby wants to swing, but Lindros holds on and doesn't look interested. Exelby may have connected with some soft punches, but held up since Lindros was trying to talk him out of it. Meanwhile, Boulton gets ejected for pushing a linesman who is trying to separate him from the crowd. Wade Belak manages to get a few shots in at Boulton when he's down, after which Belak challenges the Thrashers bench. Other Penalties: Domi received an instigator and misconduct; Boulton an elbowing and game misconduct; Ron Petrovicky a double roughing; Wade Belak a roughing and misconduct.

Comments: McGrattan tries to hit Domi along the boards. Domi gives him the elbow and they decide to go. Good, fair square off. They come together and hold on. They exchange a few punches and Domi lands a couple of jersey shots. McGrattan then lands a bomb and Domi goes down. Domi was cut and had to leave.

Comments: After laying out Eric Lindros with an open ice hit, Alberts goes down and starts shoving Domi along the boards. Domi turns around and they drop the gloves. They wrestle around for a bit until Domi gets his left arm loose and throws a left that knocks Alberts' helmet off and sends both players to the ice. Domi gets back up, but the linesmen are already in between the two as Domi gets in a right while Alberts is down.

Comments: With under a minute to go these two drop the gloves immediately as the puck drops after a Boston goal. They circle around, grab on to each other and LaCouture throws a couple of lefts that don't do any damage. They grapple some and LaCouture continues throwing lefts, landing some, and tugs Domi to his knees with his right. The linesmen quickly come in.

Comments: Domi gives Neil a poke with his stick as the two talk before dropping their gloves and squaring off near the side boards. They grab on and tie up as they exchange short right hands. Neil throws three rights as Domi returns fire with a right of his own. Both guys throw a couple of wild punches that miss before they get in tight again with Neil ripping Domi's helmet off. Neil throws 4-5 overhand rights to the back of Domi's head as Domi connects with two rights while Neil's jersey is up and over his head. Neil throws a few more overhand rights as his jersey comes down and his vision is restored. They wrestle around in close quarters as Neil throws three more rights to the back of Domi's head before Domi lands a short left. Neil throws a left and then a right hook as he loses his balance and goes down to his knees for a moment. Neil returns to his feet as Domi throws a couple of rights before they lose their balance and tumble to the ice.

Comments: Right in front of the play the two drop the gloves and square off at center ice. LaCouture lands a right jab as Domi grabs ahold of him and starts throwing lefts at him while they are spinning around. LaCouture loses his balance and tries to stay on his feet while Domi continues to throw left hands. LaCouture is able to stand up straight as Domi throws two rights to the back of LaCouture's head before LaCouture connects with an overhand left that knocks Domi's helmet off. Domi goes down to his knees and lands another left and LaCouture throws a right that grazes the top of Domi's head before wrestling Domi to the ice. Other Penalties: Travis Green received a high sticking.

Comments: Andrew Peters takes a run at Ben Ondrus along the benches with Ondrus slashing Peters in the back of the leg as he skates away. Peters turns around and puts a glove in Ondrus' face while a linesman tries to separate the two. Luke Richardson comes over and grabs Peters, forcing everyone to join in. Peters throws a gloved punch at Ondrus while Domi skates over and pushes McKee to the ice. McKee returns to his feet and takes an uppercut from Domi before he drops his own gloves. Domi takes McKee to the ice and Peters tries to get over to Domi while being restrained by the linesmen, but is eventually led to the penalty box. Other Penalties: Domi received a game misconduct; Andrew Peters a double roughing; Ben Ondrus a slashing. Jay McKee did not receive a fighting major.
