| Oct 19, 2002 | 2pd 03:30 | FLA | @ CBJ | Jody Shelley |
| Comments: No cheap stuff here; good, clean, everybody ready to go, square off. Jody jumps in to get a hold of something and there is lots there to grab on to. They're in the corner along the boards. Worrell goes first with a right that may have caught the helmet with little damage. Both throw rights, with both coming up short. Jody is quick with another right which can't reach its target. Worrell's right is free and that is bad news. He throws it and it looks to connect only to the shoulder. He doesn't stop there and throws a quick right uppercut which hits a little jersey and that's all. Jody is within arms reach and lands a heavy right to the left jaw. At the same time, a Worrell right may or may not have connected (bad angle), but no damage shows. Another quick Worrell right comes up a bit short. He has Shelley locked out and that's preventing Worrell from hitting him. Shelley tries a right, but it fizzles into nothing. Worrell has Jody in kind of a headlock. Ooh! A heavy short right from Worrell lands to the face! A true fighter, Shelley fires his own right and lands to the face of Worrell. A repeat right from Jody lands to the back; nothing. Two rights from Shelley land to the head, while one from Big Pete misses. Worrell is a bit shaken. A right from Shelley hits nothin'. Worrell comes with a big right and get a bit of shoulder and that's all. Shelley does the same. Worrell's hand is lost in his jersey. Both guys are cocked and ready to fire. Jody goes with a big right uppercut which misses. Worrell look like he lands a right to the head. Again. Now Pete with an uppercut: misses. Shelley misses with a right cross and loses his helmet. Worrell goes with the right and misses. Jody goes with a noogie right and probably misses, but it don't matter; too weak. Worrell throws and misses with a nothing right. Looks like Worrell lands a wild left uppercut; bad angle. In close on the boards. Jody misses a left. Jody is burrowing his head in the monsters chest. Shelley get bent over and Worrell lands a massive forearm to the back. As the linesmen come in, Pete goes with the forearm to the back again and one more time for good measure. The linesmen seperate'em and it's all over. Good stuff, as neither guys right arm was ever locked up. | ||||

| Oct 24, 2002 | 2pd 03:42 | FLA | @ NYI | Eric Cairns |
| Comments: Good heavyweight battle here. A hit by Worrell, an invite by Cairns and they shed the gloves and pads. Good, fair squareoff. They trade shots and Worrell's look like they might be a little better. Cairns slips, almost falls, regains his balance and they start throwing again. Now Cairns is throwing the good shots. There's open swinging and both guys are landing some good ones, although the haymakers all seem to miss (barely). Worrell gets a couple of good ones at the end (almost landed a great uppercut). Cairns slips again, goes to a knee and it's over. Good, open, even fight between two huge players. | ||||

| Comments: With the score out of hand, a line brawl (well, kinda) ensued after Ivan Majesky took a knee on knee shot. Some hugging and pairing off. Other Penalties: Olli Jokinen received an unsportsmanlike conduct; Todd Harvey a roughing and game misconduct. | ||||

| Nov 30, 2002 | 2pd 13:59 | @ FLA | VAN | Darren Langdon |
| Comments: With the score 4-1 Langdon decides to go after Peter. Could be a result of Worrell running Bertuzzi and Jovanovski. A long tilt with the classic Langdon style. Landgon threw and landed the better punches. Other Penalties: Stephane Matteau received a tripping. | ||||

| Nov 30, 2002 | 3pd 13:39 | @ FLA | VAN | Bryan Allen |
| Comments: After Worrell throws a crushing hit, Allen challenges Worrell. Allen drops the gloves and throws one punch to the back of Worrell's head who reluctantly dropped his gloves and obviously didn't want to fight. Other Penalties: Allen received an instigator and misconduct. | ||||

| Dec 20, 2002 | 1pd 02:41 | FLA | @ BUF | Eric Boulton |
| Comments: Worrell starts off with a couple of rights, Boulton falls to his knees and loses his helmet, but gets back up, and throws a few rights. Worrell with a couple to the back of the head, misses an uppercut, two more to the back of the head. Another right, and Boulton taps Worrell on the chin with the left hand that's holding onto the jersey. Another right from Worrell hits the back of the head, and Boulton is looking for an uppercut, but only hits chest. Worrell does the same, then nails Boulton in the face with a right, Boulton buckles, but hangs on. One more right to the back of the head, and Worrell wrestles him down. Boulton has a cut above his left eye from the big right. | ||||

| Dec 27, 2002 | 2pd 06:59 | @ FLA | DAL | Aaron Downey |
| Comments: Both men line up at the face-off and drop the gloves upon the dropping of the puck. Both start circling and Downey takes a humorous deep breath as Worrell is calling him to come over. They finally get together and Worrell tries to gain control while Downey throws about 3 fast lefts, landing maybe 1. Worrell then gets control and starts throwing bombs connecting on a couple, but Downey starts to comeback and throws 3 wild punches and a couple uppercuts, connecting on a couple, and Worrell seems to be a little surprised. Worell starts to hold on while Downey keeps trying to throw. Both exchange a few more with Worell getting better shots before wrestling each other down with both landing hard on their sides. | ||||

| Dec 30, 2002 | 1pd 11:20 | FLA | @ NYI | Eric Godard |
| Comments: Worrell is using his height advantage as Godard is pushing him along the glass, Worrell is throwing a couple of nice right hands and Godard is throwing left (Godard's hand is tied up in his jersey). Worrell lands about 3-4 good shots and Godard answers with 1-2, while trying to switch hands. | ||||

| Jan 01, 2003 | 1pd 15:42 | FLA | @ NJD | Jim McKenzie |
| Comments: Worrell checked Tverdovsky with an elbow and McKenzie jumped in and challenged Worrell with a couple quick, but weak punches, and quickly got the helmet off Worrell as well. Both guys tied each other up pretty well and hardly anything happened. Worrell mostly focused on pulling the helmet off of McKenzie, but had big problems doing so. The linesmen separated the guys after a short time. Other Penalties: McKenzie received an instigator and misconduct. | ||||

| Jan 04, 2003 | 2pd 16:23 | FLA | @ VAN | Darren Langdon |
| Comments: Good work by the cameraman as this fight happens behind the play, but they instantly switch to the fight. Langdon throws the first punch, a straight right that may have landed but no damage done. Worrell starts throwing with the rights, maybe 4-5, with one landing. Langdon comes back with another right and then a quick left that landed. Worrell again comes back with 4-5 punches, but nothing landing clean as Langdon is tying his right hand up enough to keep him out of range. Langdon again comes back with 2 rights (one was an uppercut) and another left that was more of a jab, as he still had a handfull of jersey. | ||||

| Jan 10, 2003 | 3pd 05:27 | @ FLA | NJD | Colin White |
| Comments: Happens behind the play. When the camera gets there White throws one punch that looked to miss, then Worrell throws two rights that land fairly well. White decides just to tie up as Worrell keeps swinging and hitting the back of the head and shoulder area of White. | ||||

| Jan 11, 2003 | 2pd 11:38 | FLA | @ WAS | Brendan Witt |
| Comments: Witt throws a gloved left and Worrell sheds the gloves. Witt throws two more lefts as he's in tight on Worrell. Worrell then gets his reach and throws two rights, one of which that was to the body. Witt answers with two rights of his own, to which Worrell responds with an uppercut and overhand right. Worrell has Witt leaning over and throws a shortened right, then Witt comes back with two lefts. One of them Worrell blocks with his forearm. Now they are both in tight with Worrell using his bodyweight, holding Witt down and throwing two short punches that don't land and the linesmen come in. | ||||

| Jan 13, 2003 | 2pd 09:06 | FLA | @ NJD | Jim McKenzie |
| Comments: While Florida scores to cut the Devil's lead to 2-1, Worrell and McKenzie are in each other's faces talking. They nod to each other and drop the gloves after the goal, beginning the fight in a hug. After several weak jabs by both heavyweights, McKenzie gets loose first and seems to land 2 rights. Then Worrell switches hands and lands a few rights of his own. After this, the two hug, throw a few weak jabs that don't connect, and wait for the linesmen. | ||||

| Jan 24, 2003 | 1pd 10:25 | FLA | @ CAR | Jesse Boulerice |
| Comments: Boulerice and Worrell squareoff. They grab hold of each other's jerseys with their left hands. Boulerice extends his left which holds the shirt into a jab, and Jesse at first seems to have the larger man looking for balance. Boulerice lifts Worrell's jersey over his face, and Worrell's helmet comes off easily. Right after this, Worrell lands an overhand right to the side of a turning Boulerice's head. The two struggle, staying at arm's length and circling to gain control over the other. Boulerice swings with a big right, but he clearly misses Worrell, who has him at too far a distance. The two still holding each other with their left hands, Worrell throws Boulerice slightly off balance with a strong shove, and then, taking advantage of his longer reach, lands another overhand right. Boulerice quickly gathers himself and sends a solid right to the body of Worrell and another strong right to the back of Worrell's uncovered head. Worrell appears to gain the upper hand as Boulerice tries to pull his jersey in front of his face. Worrell misses with a right, but uses the momentum to follow through with his forearm, taking Boulerice to the ice in the process. Peter has Jesse on the ice, under him, and as the two begin to get up the linesmen grab them. Boulerice holds on to Worrell's jersey as the referees are between them, but the linesmen manage to separate them. The whole fight has occured very quickly. | ||||

| Jan 28, 2003 | 2pd 10:00 | FLA | @ MON | Stephane Quintal |
| Comments: Worrell challenges a helmetless Randy McKay, who declines, and they each get roughing minors. On the first shift out of the box Peter takes a healthy run at Quintal and the gloves come off. Pretty even fight at the start as the two trade decent short jabs, but then the stronger Worrell knocks Quintal's helmet off and takes over with three or four solid, but not devestating rights. | ||||

| Feb 05, 2003 | 2pd 06:47 | @ FLA | TOR | Wade Belak |
| Comments: Both have the lefts locked onto the neck of the jersey. Worrell tries to keep Belak at a distance but Belak throws with the left, while holding the jersey. As Worrell is in close, he throws some rights that miss and hit the side of the head. Worrell throws three rights, but doesn't connect. Belak continues to use the left hand trick and manages to land a right. The fight ends when Worrell throws a right and Belak ducks. Both fall to the ice with Worell getting an arm bar take down. | ||||

| Mar 01, 2003 | 2pd 02:10 | FLA | @ NYR | Matt Barnaby |
| Comments: The incident starts with Tetarenko dropping the gloves with Barnaby who immediately turtles. Tetarenko gets in one punch before the refs pull him away. Meanwhile, Lindros, Worrell and others start to scrum and Barnaby goes over to challenge Worrell. They both drop the gloves and get in close immediately. Barnaby throws a weak right, then Worrell connects with a decent right of his own. From here on, Barnaby is just trying not to get pummelled. Worrell tries to come over the top with some punches, but Barnaby does a good job of dodging them. Eventually Worrell connects with some weak shots, but no damage done. Other Penalites: Tetarenko recieved a double minor for roughing. | ||||

| Mar 15, 2003 | 2pd 10:31 | FLA | @ BOS | Nick Boynton |
| Comments: Boynton whacks Worrell in the back of the leg and Worrell is pissed. Worrell starts to throw rights as Boynton is on the ground. Boyton stands up and tries to answer back, but nothing connected. Worrell then throws some more at Boynton which look to land. Worrell has Boynton against the boards and is throwing nothing punches at the end. Other Penalties: Boynton received a slashing. | ||||
