Comments: Laraque and May decide to drop the gloves as soon as the puck is dropped. After a short square off Laraque grabs ahold of May getting him off-balance. May is in an awkward position as Laraque is letting loose with lefts. May gets sent to the ice and Laraque doesn't let up, but May still manages to get back on his feet. He doesn't get to straighten up before getting pulled back to the ice by the stronger Laraque. The linsemen then rush in to end the fight.

Comments: Hordichuk shoves Syvret into Markaanen and in comes Laraque and off come the gloves. Hordichuk comes in quickly as Laraque ducks a quick left. Laraque grabs on and begins to furiously throw right hands. Hordichuk starts returning fire and the two go toe-to-toe with Laraque getting in more shots. Hordichuk loses his balance, allowing Laraque to throw three more rights before Hordichuk tackles him to the ice.

Comments: They drop the gloves right after the faceoff and square off. Laraque swipes to grab on to Boogaard and misses, but grabs hold of him the second time around. Boogaard throws a quick right as Laraque responds with two lefts. Laraque gets Boogaard's head down and throws a flurry of about 4-5 lefts that send Boogaard to the ice with Laraque on top.

Comments: They drop the gloves right after the faceoff and square off. Laraque reaches and pulls Godard towards him as he connects with a left. Laraque throws another left as Godard struggles to get loose. Laraque throws two lefts as Godard returns fire with 4-5 rights of his own. Godard throws three more rights as Laraque tries to get his hands free. They then lose their balance and fall to the ice with Laraque on top.

Comments: They talk while lined up for a faceoff and drop the gloves shortly after the puck is dropped. They square off and Fedoruk changes stances, from lefty to righty. Fedoruk moves in and grabs on awkwardly and throws a right and quickly moves to switch to the left. They exchange a couple of lefts, one knocking Fedoruk's helmet off, and Fedoruk tries to switch back to the right. Fedoruk misses with a right and Laraque takes over throwing a series of hard lefts, a few connecting cleanly, until Fedoruk is driven down to the ice. The linesmen quickly move in to break it up.

Comments: Directly after the faceoff, they drop the gloves, tie up and Laraque throws two quick lefts. Laraque then throws three rights, ripping Boogaard's helmet off in between punches as Boogaard throws a right cross. Laraque loses his balance and goes down to his knees before returning to his feet and fending off four straight rights from Boogaard that all come up short. Laraque turns Boogaard around and lands four rights to the back of his head. Laraque goes down to his knees again as Boogaard throws two rights to the back of Laraque's helmet. They wrestle around for a bit as Boogaard lands a right before the two exchange rabbit punches. They then exchange right hands and Laraque wrestles Boogaard to the ice and lands a right as they are falling. The linesmen seperate the two and Boogaard skates away with a small cut on the side of his face.

Comments: Right off of the faceoff, the two drop the gloves and square off near the side boards. Each player tries to grab ahold of one another before Shelley latches on to Laraque's jersey. Laraque throws a flurry of seven lefts with Shelley returning fire with three rights. They wrestle around and then Shelley lands a right flush to the side of Laraque's face before Shelley loses his balance and falls to the ice, bringing the linesmen in.

Comments: Boogaard takes a run at Laraque near the benches and the two quickly drop the gloves. Boogaard throws two rights before losing his balance and going down to his knees. Boogaard returns to his feet as Laraque connects with two rights to the back of Boogaard's head while he is bent over. They wrestle around, each trying to get an arm free and Laraque throws three lefts before Boogaard returns fire with four wild rights. The two grapple some more and Boogaard connects with a right before the two go down to their knees. They return to their feet as Laraque throws Boogaard down to the ice and the linesmen come in.

Comments: Right off of the faceoff, the two drop the gloves and square off near the side boards. Laraque grabs ahold of Simon while Simon fights to keep his balance. Laraque throws two lefts, knocking Simon's helmet off while they spin around. Simon comes back with a left of his own, followed by six straight lefts by Laraque, four of them landing, before the two spin to the ice. Laraque falls on top of Simon and his shoulder hits Simon's face, pushing the back of his head down into the ice. The back of Simon's head splits open and blood starts dripping onto the ice. The linesmen separate the two and Laraque waves his hands in the air, asking the crowd to make some noise. Simon goes back to the dressing room for repairs.
