Canucks Recall Brown, Bourdon and Jaffray

Vancouver, B.C. - Vancouver Canucks Senior Vice President and General Manager Dave Nonis announced today that left wing Jason Jaffray, defenceman Luc Bourdon and right wing Mike Brown have been recalled from the Manitoba Moose of the AHL.
Jaffray, 26, has played in 26 games for the Moose, recording 27 points (13-14-27) and 43 penalty minutes. He also appeared in 14 games this season with Vancouver, recording two goals and three assists. Jaffray recorded his first career NHL goal and assist in his NHL debut against the Anaheim Ducks on December 12th.
Bourdon, 20, has registered 12 points (6-6-12) and 64 penalty minutes in 34 games for Manitoba in 2007-08. In addition to his time with Manitoba, Bourdon has played in nine games with the Canucks, recording his first career goal, plus six and four penalty minutes.
Brown, 22, has played in 21 games as a member of the Manitoba Moose this season, recording three points (2-1-3) and 102 penalty minutes. He has also registered one point (1-0-1) and 51 penalty minutes in nine games with the Canucks.
