Wild Claim Fedoruk Off Waivers

SAINT PAUL/MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Minnesota Wild President and General Manager Doug Risebrough today announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has claimed left wing Todd Fedoruk off re-entry waivers from the Dallas Stars.
Fedoruk, 28 (2/13/79) was placed on re-entry waivers by the Stars on Wednesday after posting two assists and 33 penalty minutes in 11 games with Dallas this season. The 6-2, 241-pound left wing from Redwater, Alberta, was originally drafted by the Flyers in the seventh round (No. 164 overall) of the 1997 NHL Entry Draft. Over parts of seven NHL seasons, Fedoruk has appeared in 365 career games and collected 17 goals and 50 assists for 67 points with 818 penalty minutes. In 19 career playoff games, he is scoreless with 38 penalty minutes.
