Sean Avery Injures Shoulder, Will Miss Four Weeks

New York Rangers President and General Manager Glen Sather announced today that forward Sean Avery suffered a Grade 2 shoulder separation of his left shoulder and is expected to be sidelined for four weeks.
Avery suffered the injury in the first period of Saturday night’s game in Ottawa.
The Rangers return to action when they visit the Islanders on Wednesday at the Nassau Coliseum.
