Flames Sign Krahn, Germyn and Peters

Calgary, AB - Calgary Flames General Manager Darryl Sutter announced today the signing of three prospects. Goaltender Brent Krahn, right wing Carsen Germyn, and centre Warren Peters have all signed contracts with the Calgary Flames.
Brent Krahn, a native of Winnipeg, MB, was the Flames first pick in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft and has just finished his fourth professional season.
Carsen Germyn, a native of Campbell River, BC, finished his fourth season in the American Hockey League, and led Omaha in scoring with 60 points (28+32) in 77 games.
Warren Peters, a native of Saskatoon, SK, finished second in playoff scoring for Omaha this season with three points (2+1) in six games.
