Senators Recall Josh Hennessy from Binghamton

OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators today recalled centre Josh Hennessy from the American Hockey League's Binghamton Senators on an emergency basis to play in tonight’s game against the Detroit Red Wings at Joe Louis Arena. Hennessy will replace right-winger Brian McGrattan, who will miss the game with an injured hand.
Hennessy, a 21-year-old native of Brockton, Mass., has nine goals, 13 assists and 24 penalty minutes in 27 games with Binghamton this season. Tonight’s game will be Hennessy’s first career in the NHL.
