Hamhuis, 22 (12/13/82), was named a Second Team American Hockey League All-Star this past season with the Milwaukee Admirals. The 6-0, 205-pound native of Smithers, B.C. ranked second among AHL defensemen in scoring with 51 (13g-38a) and led Milwaukee backliners in points and assists.
