SPHL Suspends Corey Fulton Five Games for Leaving Bench to Fight

HUNTERSVILLE, NC - The Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) today announced the following suspension:

Huntsville’s Corey Fulton

Huntsville’s Corey Fulton has been suspended five games for his actions in Playoff Game G-2, Pensacola at Huntsville, on Friday, April 13. At the 20:00 mark of the third period, Fulton was assessed a major penalty for fighting and a game misconduct for leaving the bench.

Fulton will miss tonight’s President’s Cup Championship game against Pensacola. The remaining four games of the suspension will carry over to the 2013-14 regular season.
