Coyotes Recall Alexandre Bolduc and David Rundblad

GLENDALE, ARIZONA --- Phoenix Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today the Coyotes have recalled center Alexandre Bolduc and defenseman David Rundblad (RUHND-blahd) from the Portland Pirates, the Coyotes American Hockey League affiliate (AHL).
The 6-foot-3, 208 pound Bolduc has appeared in 12 games with the Pirates this season, recording 2-6-8 and 18 penalty minutes (PIM). He missed the first half of the season with an upper-body injury. The 26-year-old native of Montreal, Quebec split the 2010-11 regular season between the Vancouver Canucks and the Manitoba Moose (AHL). Bolduc notched 2-2-4 in 24 games with the Canucks and 6-9-15 with the Moose.
Bolduc was originally drafted by the St. Louis Blues in the fourth round (127th overall) in the 2003 Entry Draft.
The 6-foot-2, 190 pound Rundblad has appeared in 15 games with the Pirates this season registering 6-4-10. He has also appeared in two games with the Coyotes, collecting two assists. Rundblad posted 1-3-4 in 24 games with the Ottawa Senators before being acquired by the Coyotes on Dec. 17.
The 21-year-old native of Lycksele, Sweden played four seasons with Skelleftea HC from 2007-08 through 2010-11 registering 12-61-73 and 36 penalty minutes (PIM) in 153 regular season games. In 40 career postseason games, Rundblad recorded 4-9-13 and 13 PIM.
Rundblad was originally drafted by the St. Louis Blues in the first round (17th overall) in the 2009 Entry Draft.
