Devils Assign Seven to Lowell, Three to Juniors

The New Jersey Devils today reduced their training camp roster to 32 players, assigning seven players to the AHL's Lowell Devils, and three players to their junior teams.
Assigned to Lowell were: goaltender Gerald Coleman; defensemen Matt Corrente and Tyler Eckford; and forwards Patrick Davis, Nick Palmieri, Michael Swift, and Alexander Vasyunov. Returned to their junior teams were: defensemen Eric Gelinas (Lewiston, QMJHL) and Alexander Urbom (Brandon, WHL); and forward Patrice Cormier (Rimouski, QMJHL).
