Francis Lessard Suspended For Pre-Season, Plus Three Games

TORONTO – Phoenix Coyotes' forward Francis Lessard has been suspended for the remainder of the pre-season and three regular season games, as the result of a game misconduct penalty in a pre-season game against the Anaheim Ducks, September 18, the National Hockey League announced today.
The incident took place at 6:38 of the third period and Lessard was assessed a major penalty for boarding and a game misconduct for a hit on Anaheim forward Ryan Donally.
Lessard will miss the Coyotes remaining two pre-season games as well as three regular season games.
