Comments: Off the faceoff Vandenbussche drops his gloves, grabs on to Grimson, and waits for him to do the same. Finally Grimson obliges and Vandenbussche starts off with two quick right jabs that land square in the face. Grimson throws a left, but Vandenbussche catches him with a quick right that sends him tumbling over backwards. Grimson is also nicked on the nose as he skates to the box.

Comments: Grimson is looking for vengeance from his earlier loss in the game and goes with Vandenbussche off the faceoff again. This time he starts pumping very heavy rights, forcing Vandenbussche to his knees under the intense onslaught. The linesmen come in, but Vandenbussche rights himself and manages a weak left as the two reset. They each toss another right before the slip, with Vandenbussche landing on top. Vandenbussche is a bloody mess and there is ample blood on the ice, his face, and Grimson's uniform. This was Grimson's third fight of the game, and he picked up a gamer for it. Other Penalties: Grimson received a game misconduct.
