Comments: The two drop the gloves in front of the Washington net and grab ahold of each other as Yonkman throws two rights and a jersey-jab to start things off. Neil throws a right of his own and then Yonkman throws two more rights and the two hold on to each other at arms length. Yonkman throws a right as Neil switches hands and lands a left before the two wrestle around in close quarters. Neil gets free and lands a right. Yonkman then loses his balance and the two fall to the ice. Other Penalties: Yonkman received a roughing.

Comments: Behind the play, the two jab at each other with sticks before dropping the gloves and grabbing on. Yonkman throws six rights with Neil throwing two of his own as the two spin around at center ice. Yonkman lands a right cross before the two wrestle around in tight. They exchange short rights to the side of the helmet as they skate into the boards. Yonkman throws an overhand right and Neil throws two righs to the side of Yonkman's head. They continue to grapple in close quarters before they let go and Neil lands a straight left and two punches to the back of Yonkman's head as Yonkman tries to duck away. Neil lands another left and then the two tie up once more. Yonkman throws three rights in tight before the two just hold on, allowing the linesmen to come in. Other Penalties: Each player received a slashing.
