Comments: These two decide to go right off the faceoff, and immediately they start wrestling. Lots of short little punches in close, both miss most of them. Perrott throws an over the top forearm that knocks them both down, but they recover. More grappling and short punches ensues before McMorrow takes Perrott down.

Comments: Sundin takes out Bartovic along the boards and Gaustad takes a run at Sundin. Belak comes in to answer this and off come the gloves. They grab on and Belak's arm comes out of his jersey while the jersey sleeve completely covers his face. He still is the more active fighter, throwing several shots before the linesmen are forced to come in and break it up. Other Penalties: Belak received an instigator and misconduct; Mats Sundin a roughing.
