Looks like you're still a fat, ugly dyke though.

Stay the f*ck out of our team thread if you aren't going to add anything.

Someone comes by to say they like your team and pay a compliment, and this is how you respond? REAL CLASSY!

Well, the Habs and Sens aren't exactly top level competition and it would have been nice to not give up 5 goals in the third period against Ottawa but a win is a win I guess.

I'm pretty pleased with the two wins, it's a good start. Hopefully this is the beginning of a good year finally. I know they could have performed better, but, I'm not complaining.

Yes, that's how I respond. You don't "like" our team, and our team doesn't like you. So f*ck off.

Again, real classy response for someone paying a compliment.

Ya know what, I kinda like the leafs and what Brian Burke has done. He acquired Connolly from Buffalo and Clark MacArthur last year. I always liked MacArthurs play in Buffalo. I guess I'm partly a leafs fan now. ( At least for some of their players )

I think I'll stick around.. I so look forward to this season. Burke has put together a pretty solid team.

In their pre-season game in Buffalo, the scoreboard didnt really tell to much. Torontos defensive end was much better then Buffalos. I know it was only a pre-season game but the effort from Torontos side was much better.

The NorthEast is going to be a tough division this year outside of Ottawa.

The Kessel - Bozak - Lupul line has been incredible so far. Bozak looks like he has really improved, especially defensively and Kessel has been working harder at both ends of the ice. It will be interesting to see what happens when Connolly comes back because if that line keeps playing the way it has been then Wilson would be an idiot to risk screwing it up by replacing Bozak with Connolly.

I hope Dupuis gets traded. Than Orr and Rosehill can just rotate depending on the team they are playing.

There was mixed feelings about Steckel but I like him so far. Great on the PK.

Steckle must have taught Bozak how to take faceoffs properly, next they need to learn how to recover the puck on a faceoff win. And yes please send Dupuis down already to give Orr/Rosehill a regular spot. Loots like Frattin is staying so when Kadri comes back there is even less room.

9 points out of a possible 10.....Boston next , hopefully wilson puts in orr AND rosehill knowing the Bruins penchant for trying the muscle game. Would be a huge laugh to see lucic try orr again or get Spanked by rosehill.

With Armstrong most likely not playing we should see at least one of Orr or Rosehill. But if this is a true Burke team, Wilson would scratch Dupuis tonight and fire both of them in.

David Steckel is the best thing to happen to the Leafs in a very long time. Very underrated acquisition. Anyone agree?

I think in the Calgary game he was something like 7-0 in faceoffs in the 3rd period as the Leafs came back and held on for the win.

I'm a fan of Steckel. The guy knows how to win a faceoff in key situations, actually in every situation. Not a fan of Dupuis though.

Steckel has been great. I liked the trade a lot when it was made but even I have been quite surprised by how much of an impact he has made.
