Bylsma and his man crush on Adams needs to go and Shero needs to see that it does. I thought Park/Vitale/Tangradi was more effective in their roles.

Fleury has gotten complacent after his SC win 3 years ago. We need a goalie who can push him for more starts like Halak/Elliott in St. Louis.

Staal needs to move to Sid's wing and we need to sign a John Madden/Samuel Pahlsson type forward who will shut down the other teams' top line. Unless Vitale can rise to that challenge.

Martin and possibly Orpik needs to go. Orpik looks like he's lost his step, .
Despres-Strait Niskanen-Engelland Letang-Michalek and sign a Scuderi/Gill type veteran.

This might sound dumb, but I think Geno needs another Russian on the team.

I said many times and I agree with you about Staal moving up and getting a more defensive minded shutdown 3rd line center. Eventhough Orpik sucked in the series I doubt he will get moved if Pittsburgh has the slightest chance to move Martin I think they do it in a heartbeat. Also Michalek was up and down all year and isnt a terrible player but when you carry a 4 million dollar a year cap hit you have to produce more so I wouldnt be surprised if they tried to move him either. I would like to bring in a physical vet with some size to add to the defense the Grossman pickup by philly was a great addition

A guy I wish they had got in the Neal/GoGo trade was Fistric. Big, mean, aggresive, and can clear a crease which is exactly what this team was missing. Him and DE together would be money. Big, fast, and bruising. I would love that pairing.

Bortuzzo can bring the heat sometimes too. He does a good job playing the man and not the puck which is something our current D cant do. Like I said they have a ton of talent coming within the next 2 years. Our future looks bright on that end. Everywhere else is a crap shoot.
