Two things...what in the world did Lucic get the extra 2 for? Komi started the fight with a crosscheck after the whistle. Also, I'm a big advocate of the linesmen letting the boys settle things themselves, but if there was ever a case that called for the zebras stepping in before a player got seriously hurt...this was it.

Man, how can you feel bad for Komisarek? Maybe it's just because every Habs fans hate him as much as Chara, but man, I appreciated each times he had to take a f*cking seat even when he was playing in Montreal.

I agree. Not just rosehill, but any tough guy. I see it all the time. they ask to fight. I'd rather see rosey do something to a krejci or bergeron or caron and then thornton, lucic chara etc really have no choice but to get involved.

Yeah, because weight has everything to do with fighting ability .

That being said, Komi wanted that fight too.... Probably not a good idea as Lucic was landing uppercuts at will. Clear win Lucic.

Jay Rosehill is great for some exciting tilts and some big hits. Beyond that, the guy is a f*cking disgrace and has NO IDEA how to do his job.

Schenn does another great job of hiding behind his visor.

Win Lucic. Thank you. I've been hoping someone would do that to Komisarek for a while now. Those 4 uppercuts at the end were quite satisfying.

If Komisarek is going to drop the gloves with Lucic, he should at least throw so blows with intent. He is bigger than Lucic, might land a lucky punch and hurt him at least. I miss Orr in games like this, he would have forced a fight with Lucic after that beat down.
