oooh, i hate johan franzen. i lost respect for him a few seasons ago , i put him right into my pest / rat category. he would one of the first guys i go after. the wings tho have to back jimmy howard. i dont really blame the any team for going for the better players, and whats to stop them ???? mike commodore should of stepped up. i would of figured if someone targets your keys guys they are looking for fights. i'd hate to have guys that only respond to direct contact and watch as everyone else gets obliterated. i miss the old / post lock out red wing teams.

RC I just took his post the "wings win" as like hey look, they throw a big hit,answer the bell,and score on the ensuing PP so just the whole situation was a win for the TEAM,not stuart haha

I also didn't say perron was dirty did I?? I said he's a rat as in he's a pest and he does little subtle jabs and yaps

I wanted 2 see someone go after carlo or backes for goin at helm and franzen like someone stated,ericsson or commodore

Overall,the physical game part detroit was right up there,they just suck in the glove dropping,great game

I was wondering the same thing and Kelly Chase explained it on the post game show, when a player is called for Instgating a fight the tie down rule doesn't apply. He didn't agree with it but that is the rule
