St. Louis at Columbus 2/14/12

Vote: B.J. Crombeen vs Derek Dorsett Feb 14, 2012
B.J. Crombeen vs Derek Dorsett Feb 14, 2012 ...

B.J. Crombeen vs Derek Dorsett

After Dorsett earlier in the period hooks and bumps around Any McDonald, Crombeen obviously takes exception to it. These two meet up and it is fairly even until Crombeen gets Dorsett in a headlock for a second. Dorsetts helmit comes off and Crombeen lays a couple on him. The refs start to come in and Dorsett takes a few more shots, which in turn makes the refs back off and a few more shots a thrown.

Overall a good tilt. I give it a Clear win for Crombeen.

They claimed on TV that Crombeen is 6'-2" and Dorsett is 6'-0". There is no way, if Dorsett is really 6'-0", then Crombeen has got to be 6'-6" or Dorsett is a lot shorter than listed. There was a view where both were standing straight up and Crombeen was towering over him.
Edge Crombeen in the fight

Yeah that coming from a Jackets fan. I do try to stay fairly objective thank you. If I could get the video then you would see it.

Um, if you could research my posts, you would notice that even back to the Jody Shelley days.....i RARELY see a jackets player win a fight...and i am not afraid to say when i think a jackets player loses

as a matter of fact i am surprised when they actually win.

That was me being ironic, but doesn't matter. I try very hard not to be the homer. This is part of the reason i don't post much. but I saw that it had not posted yet so i figured I would try it for once. If I came off homerish it was not what I was trying to do.

Thread already ruined by a couple of nitwit posters. Thanks fellas.

Wish Crombeen was on the Wild. I can't say enough about that kid. One of the most underrated fighters in the NHL hands down. My only complaint is that with his size and skills he should be dispatching much larger opponents. I get the feeling he is just to humble or timid to really unleash himself against better opponents but I still am impressed with his play.

Win Crombeen I guess, not much of a battle but he still controlled it against another good pugilist in Dorsy.

Dorsett vs Crombeen.

Good showing by the smaller Dorsett, but not enough.

Win Crombeen

I've always liked Crombeen, and I give him the win in a decent tilt with Dorsett, who hung in well.
