Toronto was losing 2-0 and playing like absolute sh1t up that point with the building completely dead. After the fight they scored about a minute later and took the play to the Sharks for most of the 3rd to the sound of "go Leafs go" chants from the crowd.

Brown took a run at Vandermeer and then tapped him in the leg and issued the challenge. The Leafs still ended up losing, but this was a great example why fighthing belongs in the game and how it can change momentum and impact a game.
