Dang I havent seen anyone throw punches harder than Polak this year. If he hit Braun cleanly with any of those, it wouldve crushed his face. That was throwing with authority and you just dont see that anymore.

Another real nasty playoff game that was a ton of fun to watch last night. The only one of the fights that was anything particularly special was Polak teeing off on Braun, but still great to see the animosity between these teams and a brawl at the end of regulation.

How Galiardi got a penalty for that hit was beyond me. Refs let this game get out of control due to piss poor officiating the whole night. They let the Blues run the house.

I agree Sobotka should have fed him a couple more. Burns threw an elbow on Nichol trying to mess him up and Galiardi went at McDonalds dome so hard he cracked his helmet. I understand all this but when it gets to this point the code is out the window.

Your kidding right? Galiardi tried to take McDonalds head off and Burns tried to smoke Nichol with an elbow and when things got squirrelly at the end of the game a couple of your guys got smoked. You whine as bad as your coach but at least when he does it there is a reason. He was working the refs already for tonight

He got off easy as crazy as things had gotten of Sobotka was a meaner player he might have gotten fed a few more. It was pretty heated at that point.

Glad he held up at one shot though because in the league now if he goes nuts and feeds him a few more he would have gotten suspended and we need him in the lineup
