Reaves nails Stuart with a questionable hit. No one even comes to talk to Reaves. PATHETIC Reaves got a major. Horrible call imo.

Nope big Bruins fan, I just know Backes wouldn't go down without reason and a cross check to face that splits his lip wide open seems like a good reason to flop around a bit.

horrible? that might of been the worst 5 min major I seen all season. What a joke, talk about giving a guy 5 mins because of his rep as a tough guy

Shoulder to shoulder. Clear as day. The hit unfortunately spun Stuart head first into the glass. Weak call. Definitely not a major. No way any suspension will come of that.

Blues score a shorty - that almost makes up for the bad call.

This is good news for the NHL that the Blues style of physical play now dominates teams like the Red Wings. Red Wings are becoming irrelevant now with their b.s. mantra that the powerplay is their enforcer.

I predicted this a couple of years ago. Wingstake a step in the right direction solidifying a blue line that might shake some flies off with Commodore. Who do the Wings trade for nothing? Commodore. Who replaced him? A young man named Kindl, who is at fault for both games tonight and wouldn't drop the gloves if they were on fire.

St Louis is a joy to watch. They are relentless on pretty much everything, especially the poke checking. Not to mention the crowd is in playoff form. I wouldnt mind if teams adopt this style of play.

So much speed. They really are fun to watch. Wish they had more of their games on TV on the east coast.

I like Backes, but he had a Letang like snap of the head today after Franzen threw a gloved punch.
