The NHL is lame. I don't mind Harry Z if he's going to be hitting like that.

Wrong. He won't, and shouldn't, be suspended.

Even the Flyers broadcasters said so.

i didnt see anywhere we it hit his head, looked like he drove through chest to me. he may get suspended for charging, since thats a suspendable offense now-a-days

if anything he'll get suspended for charging, not for elbowing. there was no elbow, not direct hit to the head, but there was a blatant charge. he had him lined up for more than 3 strides and hit him full force. that is a penalty whether the hit was clean or not.

They're wrong, too. Harry Z crushed that guy with a nice hit. This is hockey afterall.

Harry Z throws a hit that should be no more then a 2min penalty. And gets a 5 and a game, seems legit for the "new Nhl"

In todays league that hit will carry a suspension. $hitty thing is not very long ago that was a text book hit on somebody coming up ice with their head down.

Funny how Rinaldo quickly jumps in and sheds his mitts looking for someone to go with. You can't tell me he wasn't fully aware of the line he was out against when he did that. Put Neil out there when the hit took place and one, Rinaldo woudn't have been so anxious to drop the mitts and two, Harry Z would have been taken to task for that hit.

Shanahan's gonna give Harry Z 3 games for that hit.

Trying to blame Rinaldo.

If you notice, Rinaldo waits until after whatever the guy's name is drops the gloves before he starts punching. If the guy didn't drop his gloves it wouldn't have gotten beat.

But yeah, lets someone put this on Rinaldo, rather than the Sens who only have two players who have fought before this game.

Do you honestly believe Rinaldo is afraid to fight that spot-picking Neil?

Christ.

Thornton is out of the lineup for Boston. I'm hoping for a Lucic vs. Crombeen rematch.
