Exactly what the announcers said... Prust was fixing to turtle and draw the penalty... If he really wanted to fight, Looch was right there and dropped that full mask wearing pansy 15 seconds earlier. Prust didnt want to fight, he wanted a penalty.

wow staubitz has been itching to fight, he goes and fights a huge dude liek pattrick. good stuff
Also very intelligent choice because Bordeleau will not turn him down at the beginning of a 0-0 game and he's a good enough fighter than he won't be literally killed.

stfu yohan, mcquaid was the guy acting tough earlier with moen, he wanted a fight then but not now when prust was trying to get him to go.

Because that would of made sense for McQuaid to fight when his team finally has the momentum.

First of all, Moen is about the same class fighter as pillow punching prust...

2nd why didnt prust go after looch, who just ran over full mask wearing EMINEM??? cowardness at its best.

It sure was a convenient time for Prust to try to "fight"...

McQuaid has already beaten Moen before.

Prust probably would have done as well as Moen...lost.

Both guys were gassed, were they not? Looked like both guys didn't really push for a fight.

But yeah, we all know who turns who down.

Would have been nice to see that fight but it really did look like Prust was just trying to make McQuaid do something. And yes, I believe that would have been a spirited fight with Prust swinging wildly, therefore putting the momentum in Montreal's favor. I'm just glad the Bruins won.

Case in point: Boston players NEVER turn down fights.

because Moen doesn't really fight anymore

Maybe, but only because of size difference imo. Pound for pound Prust's stronger and he's dealt with bigger and better fighters than McQuaid to be sure, and that's no disrespect to McQuaid who's solid for what he is.
