Possible fights 2/20/13

As much as I'm looking forward to Flyers-Pens tonight, I agree about the "NBC Rivalry Game" angle. They are always whining on their silly network about any type of fighting and violence in the game. Between periods we'd have to listen to that little Liam guy demagoguing against fighting, and sell-out Milbury bobbleheading along. At least Corn Boy Jonesy always mans up and supports fighting in the game.

That said, I'd like to see Rinaldo go all Crombeen on someone tonight.

Ryan Reaves vs Patrick Bordeleau, I guess as close to a lock as 1 could ask. If there is such a thing.

But I would love to see Engelland and Rinaldo go toe to toe. I know Zac is a little smaller then Engelland, but I think he could hold his own against a little bigger guy.

Giroux v Crosby would be awesome to see,, everybody loves a cat fight.

I have a feeling Bordeleau may be scratched for the first time this season. He only had one shift after an interference penalty in the first period. Hope im wrong but yeah...

You're forgetting two other statistics though:

First, Crosby's first full NHL season: 2005 Giroux's: 2009. Crosby had just a little bit of a head start on him. And "what have you done for me lately?" comes to mind.

You guys can talk all you want about nothing happening in the Flyers/Pens matchup..If we have learned anything from the past with these two teams is that you never know what's going to happen between these two teams...That's what makes it a must see....

I'd rather tally those up at the end of the season. Giroux not having Hartnell has obviously hurt him, but point taken.

But when I posed the "what have you done for me lately?" question I was more referring to things like this than points through 15 games:

By the way, I've notice a slow but sure shift in the dynamic on this web site recently. There seems to be more and more posters, even old ones, bringing up things like "2 points" and "point totals." I hope it's a phase and not a trend.
