I'm tired of Boston/Buffalo match-up. If Kaleta gets running around maybe he'll embarrass another Bruin with some right fists. Scott needs to fight somebody other than Thornton. Marchand owes Ott a fight, although Marchand will probably continue to run his mouth and do jack squat.

Which underperforming soft player would they put in his place? If it comes down to McCormick or Scott, it's gotta be Scott... but I'd prefer them both. You can get zero production and defensive liability from them or another forward. With them you at least get physicality. It's a very good possibility that the Sabres could be dead last in the NHL after tonights game. Edit: According to Paul Hamilton on twitter McCormick is out. I assume that means Scott is in.

potential, but you never know.
Hopefully Scott is in and something happens!

Scott in, McCormick out. Here's hoping to another Bruin or two being hammered.

As a fight fan, I'm happy as long as there are spirited scraps. Sure, it would be great to see Buffalo win them, but realistically, they're bound to take a few on the chin with the line up Boston has.
I think Scott fights tonight. If he wins against Lucic or Thorts, people will claim he should have. If he loses, he'll go back to being an enigma. Buffalo's history of disappointing leads me to believe he gets brought back down to earth. I'd like Scott to tune McQuaid, and after that I couldn't care less if Lucic or Thorts beats him. I'd also like to see Marchand get whooped, but I doubt ott has what it takes. He's less than impressive with the gloves off. |
