Or they'd get a power play (often because of Tootoo) and he'd sit, or when they were killing a penalty he sat. Many times this would happen even when he was having a great game and he wouldn't be able to keep the momentum he had gained. Trotz just didn't seem to give the respect a guy like him deserved in my opinion. Not to mention sitting him for the drunken russians. Nashville lost a special player and I can't wait for his return to the old Gaylord.

That being said I hope he doesn't make a habit out of fighting top heavies. That's not his role. Maybe the odd time but not too often.

I read on Yahoo's box score that they both got tossed for head-butting.

well the officiating has reached a new low with the non call on the erskine elbow to simmonds face and the 2 gamers on rinaldo and hendricks. the gamers were ticky tack bull crap calls as guys fight off faceoffs night in and night out. and i though the ECHL refs were bad at reading royals games.

These refs need to be suspended no lie, there has to be some accountability.
