Possible fights 12/20/11

you guys know how this plays out already, don't kid yourselves.

either Mac's not in (i only specify Mac because Scott has no reason not to be in tonight) or they're on the ice for 1:15 together with no signs of a fight.

then everyone and their mom will open up a new tab and fire off a long worded diatribe about how Scott NEEDS to fight someone before he can be accurately ranked and the hockeyfights world will continue to rotate on it's ****ty axis.




or Scott will kick his ****ing ass and get his due. hahahahaha.

I won't be surprised if Mac is in and Scott declined him with a lame excuse. But it's just me.

Scott fans will have to defend Scoot until he destroys a perceived HW...plain and simple.

Scott does not strike me as the guy who backs down. On Friday I witnessed him ask Parros to fight him. This occurred during warmups and George shrugged his shoulders as if to say probably not. Scott has been very clear about his desire to fight and lack of ability to find willing dance partners.

This being said, there is no bad blood between the hawks and pens and it would take something to set them off IMO. Scott will be in the lineup, especially with Carcillo out. I imagine MAC will be in as well. However, as much as we all want to see it, I have a feeling it will not happen for some reason.

i wasn't defending Scott really, i just think it's stupid how every poster here is an expert of on ice conversation.

Aww man, I hope you're wrong here. This is our one shot at seeing Scott-McIntyre. I think it goes down if they are both in and I predict Scott beats Mac.

Rupp-Boulton (I'll take Rupp-Janssen as an alt.)
Avery-Clarkson (hope hope) or Prust-Clarkson
Neil-McCormick/Gaustad (Neil's due for a scrap. I miss 'em, lets go!)
McGrattan-Erskine (This would be great, but definitely a longshot.)
Barch-Biz/Chipchura

Gratts vs Erskine is a lock, and it's for the title. Mac vs Scott is for the #1 contender spot (Mac will KTFO Scott, it will be very ugly and will certainly make international headlines).

Oh yeah, just realized the Rangers might have Stu Bickel in on defense. The guy already has 8 scraps in the AHL this year. Maybe he'll look for his first NHL fight. He has a decent fight card too, most recently fought Matt Carkner.

But I'd guarantee you he's nervous. Hes borderline scratched every game, if he loses then he might be scratched more.

He's definitely nervous, but not afraid. This fight has to happen tonight. It didn't happen in preseason because they want all eyes to see it on Versus
