The pacifist Sabres had a testy game with the (almost) equally pussified Canes last time they played. Who knows.... Maybe they will take some midol and we may see a purse swinging or two?
TheSabres should change their logo to 2 crossed dildos under a gaping vag.

[quote=NewNHLHater;2358618]PL3 vs Scott Oh wait.... PL3 won't play and even if he did Scott won't fight.
That is just stupid...Scott has not turned down a fight...ever!!! He is dying to fight and if PL3 is in the lineup(which he will NOT be) Scott wil destroy him. Sad thing is that the Flames need a spark and Sutter is such an idiot that he thinks his 14th place team will get it done without a spark like PL3. Sutter will be gone soon enough and then the new coach can add the badly needed spark. Maybe Jackman will find his nuts and go with Scott??? More likely it will be: Kostopolus/Jackman VS Mayers Carcillo is still nursing his mouth after puck to the face. Do not imagine he is ready to Scrap just yet. LAME, Like Sutter, night of hockey. |

Tired of hearing of your homerism for Scott. Actually, he has turned down fights this year. Stop coming on the site only on nights where the Blackhawks play and spewing your crap.

I see Mayers going with someone- Jackman/Sarich maybe Carcillo lets the hem down on his skirt tonight and dances with Kosto. Stars vs Colorado should find a boring scrap tonight as well. Hopefully Scott beats the living shiit out of PLLLLLLL so everyone can shut the hell up about Scott.

I'd love to see a complete meltdown between Chicago and Calgary but the way things have been this week I'm betting on nothing happening. Why is it that any player on this site turns down a fight it's no big deal unless it's Scott or Lucic? Last edited by kam; 11-18-2011 at 06:32 PM. |

From The Chicago Suntimes John Scott sticks in the lineup, calls out Blues' Ryan Reaves By Adam L. Jahns on November 10, 2011 COLUMBUS, Ohio -- John Scott's attempt to fight Ryan Reaves of the St. Louis Blues on Tuesday was his latest failure at trying to find a willing opponent this season. And, he's getting sick of it. Scott will be back in the lineup Thursday against the Columbus Blue Jackets as he and Steve Montador make up the final defensive pairing for the Hawks for the second game in a row. Scott wanted to get Reaves (6-1, 229 pounds) for spearing and fighting Daniel Carcillo and running Patrick Kane. "He fought Carcillo and he's about 60 pounds heavier than Carcillo. If he wants to fight somebody, he should fight someone in his weight class, and that's me," Scott said. "He's always been scared of me." Scott said he approached Reaves, but all they did was trade barbs. "Just the same old stuff, 'I'm not fighting you. You're terrible.' Blah, blah, blah," Scott said. "I was asking the linesman why he was being such a girl about it. I can't find a fight for the life of me this year. It's been a frustrating year in that regard." He won't just jump a guy. "I'm not going take an instigator penalty and put the team on the penalty kill," Scott said. "You just kind of have to wait and be patient. I'll pick my spot. If I get them, I'll take care of it." ... |

in my opinion, Scott is in a very delicate position. the heavy is dying, everyone knows it. Scott wants to do right by his team, when it's the right time. i get that and most of the time, i love it. BUT god dammit would i love to see him just beat the living **** out of someone. i don't need the heavyweight champ in a Hawks uni, i just want to see him do his job stick around in case we do need him.

I thought that he and Thornton were going to get something going a few games into the season. I remember there were some words last year traded in the media and I was interested to see if anything happened. It appeared to me that Thornton challenged Scott but that he wasn't interested. Just an observation watching the game, as i was looking for them to fight and tried to keep track of when they were on the ice together. it may have been nothing but sure looked like Scott wasn't looking for it at that moment in time.
