or

Lets say Colton Orr beats McGrattan and fights 18-20 more times (Goes like 12-7) - Would he be considered the champ going into next season? Orr is much more inconsistent but will in all likely fight more than McGrattan will. Would he be the champ?

It's silly argument, but it seems we've had no champ for the last couple of years despite McGrattans dominance in the win column.
0-2 this year so far and doesn't seem to wanna fight anymore, get that champ **** out of your head.

Yeah, I don't get it, over the last couple years the Kings have given the Coyotes every reason to want (and deserve) revenge and retribution. But. None of these games have exploded yet. Kings were ahead 4-0 last time out. Nothing. It's on Phoenix to force the issue but man, th eKings have done all the dumb stuff that creates a rivalry but we fight fans just aren't seeing it develop.

I don't expect anything again tonight.

Most people would agree Orr, McGrattan and Bordeleau are the main contenders. What ever happens in those fights (..,if they ever happen) would paint the picture.

I'll take a 12-7 Orr over a 5-0 McGrattan any day of the week.

....It's hard to lose when you barely fight. Activity goes along way.

I don't mind Orr not fighting as much. But he hasn't dropped them In. awhile. He's saving years on his career going say 10 times a year instead of 15-20. He had a few 30 plus in the AHL

I was at the last game between the Oilers and Leafs in Toronto. It appeared that Orr asked Gazdic to go twice in the first but obviously nothing happened.

I don't think Gazdic would fight McLaren so I'm hoping Orr and him go tonight.

Looking forward to McLaren vs McGrattan tomorrow assuming he plays for Calgary.

Also looks like Fraser will be back in the next week.

Orr has more fights (I don't care how bad) than all those guys.

I'm trying to figure out why Pierre-Cedric Labrie is playing against the Devils?

It seems a 7th dman is in order when Radko Gudas plays since the refs seem to have a hard on for him.

I like a physical game, with lots of emotion, especially the ones where every other shift theres a scrum or someone trying to stir the pot. Players yelling, Coaches yelling, and of course the fisticuffs.

This year thus far has been the dullest and sheer boring to have ever watch. The fighters seem disinterested in even dropping the gloves, the coaches don't even dress they're tough guys very often and when they do the players literally skate the other way even of the score is lopsided.

Peluso was a healthy scratch in leu of that useless turd Thorburn in Winnipeg when Colorado was in town with Bordeleau. Hell even Bordeleau has been on a skating away tear latley. Virtually every team has been quiet this year just playing boring non-emotional hockey.

I mean geez, when is the last time Enforcers have over 10 games under they're belts and absolutley zero fights or PIM. ?? The game is changing, slowly but surley they will not even have the likes of a John Scott or Brian McGrattan patrolling the ice anymore. It'll be the power play enforcer mentality and fines and suspensions to water down anything thats smoking to eliminate the fire. Even the Extra penalty to remove a helmet in a fight rule has messed with the flow of the game. Enjoy whatever we have left fellas... im telling ya this game is screwed!
