In all seriousness, I'm watching the Flyers game so haven't seen any of the Bs game. Sounds good. How did 5 Canucks jump Thornton? Where were the rest of the Bruins? I'd imagine the Canucks could have a tough game on their hands now.

Nevermind. The Flyers broadcast just showed it all. Thornton started a brawl with the entire Canucks line change. Nice.

It happened during a line change near the benches. Thornton and Burrows were getting into it and then 5 Canucks just mobbed Thornton near their bench.

Haha... I can turn the act on and off. Don't you worry though, it's not gone.

The Bruins were setting up in their own zone and Burrows caught Thornton with a high stick while he was going to the bench for a change. Thornton went after Burrows and all the Canucks on the ice jumped him. The other Bruins on the ice had to come from their own end to the Canucks bench in order to help Thornton out.

What an complete joke. There were SIX count them SIX Canuck skates on the ice so why no game misconduct for that?

Or Lappierre with a text book definition of THIRD MAN IN. Shawn Thornton is gonna kill Lappierre when he get out.

Once again the refs get this TOTALY wrong.


Again, NESN counted all six forwards on the ice and ALL of the were involved. Total garbage calls in my opinion.

No reason to dress Mac against NJ. NOBODY in that lineup will go with him. If they do dress Mac he'll get 40 sec to a minute of ice slowly drifting around begging Janssen or Boulton to go with him which they absolutely will not. He would have to do something suspension worthy to get someone to go with him. I don't care to see the pens killing off 5 minute major penalties, just so Mac can try to go with someone....... Doubt Byslama wants that either. Need to send Mac to the AHL, so we can all quit talking about this guy.
