Mike Yeo said he will decide on dressing Matt Kassian later this afternoon. It's kind of annoying that he has sat Kass against Colorado and Nashville who both have heavys in their lineup. Konopka is willing, and sticks up for his mates, but his fights are generally not the type that really get the bench going. With how little Yeo skates his fourth line, we sure won't miss Mitchell, or Powe. Besides, Kassian played well enough last year and looked good in intrasquad, he has earned a chance. After losing two straight games, and looking flat I'm hoping Kass gets in and chucks the knuckles with Reaves!

Ott hits Alzner from behind and Erskine kinda just crosschecks him down to the ice.

Ovechkin rocked Tyler Myers and Kaleta came over to challenge him, but to no avail.

BTW, Janssen will draw back into the lineup for the Devils tonight. Barch will be scratched.

Any word if the Flyers are going full soft or just very soft tonight?

Thats what I was thinking....only til others heal though. I mean Knuble is a classy guy but really hes just taking another spot.

I would say Sestito, he really looked good last game and even looked to have skills.

Rinaldo not going to cut it against real teams like Boston, Toronto, NYR

Was this his first game of the season? Anyways good to see him get one. Hopefully this will help keep him in the lineup or its going to be a long season for Hendricks.

Sestito plays a complete game for a player of his caliber. When given the ice time, he can move the puck and help create scoring chances. His numbers in the AHL reflect that he's a very solid checking line player.

F*cking Fedo and Knuble are taking away spots from players who can contribute much more. I'm really starting to dislike Lavi and what the hell was Holmgren thinking signing Fedo and rushing to sign Knuble the second the prognosis on Hartnell came in. He could have at least waited to see how that night's lineup (Thursday vs. the Rangers) played. It was easily the Flyers most complete game against a very tough opponent.
