Islanders have a tough team man, Carkner will find a dance partner tonight that's for sure.

Bowman of Hurricanes isn't a fighter but he might have to drop em' tonight. Hitting Gerbe from behind last was a big no-no. Did anyone see how the ref manhandle Gerbe after the hit, he grabbed him and push him against the glass. Uncalled for, should be unacceptable for a ref to handle a payer like that. I want to find a video of that...

Hoepfully Boulton gets a go tonight. It will make for a real fun game.

Give me McQuaid vs. Martin for $500.

I wonder if Boulton will dress tonight? If he does, my lock of the night is Boulton vs. Thornton. I don't see Carkner fighting Thornton tonight, tbh. I think Carkner was so tough last night cuz he knew Orr wasn't fresh, and knew he had a leg up on him. I'm not sold on Carkner like lots of you seem to be.

If Boulton is out tonight... I'm gonna take a reach, and say either Tootoo or Brendan Smith fights Zenon Konopka.

The Wings are the only team I'll predict a non HW fight for.

No way Smith is going to fight Konopka. He def is not in his category. He's a decent d-man.

When I posted that, I forgot how hurt the Wings are on defense right now w/ injuries... So I think you may be right. BUT, when the Wings are healthy on D, trust me, Smith will have a few good tilts this year.

I'd love to see the annual Eric Boulton - Shawn Thornton fight. Those two usually have good fights against each other.

Janssen is a healthy scratch tonight, but Krys Barch will be taking his place. Pretty much a lateral move.

Ummm...why? Thornton never gets killed, he's too smart.

Would love to have a fight filled affair in the Boston-NY Isles game.

Can't predict anything for the Ottawa-TB game, not really any history there at all. Chris Neil is always capable of starting something though, doing something dumb.

Still no word if Boulton is playing tonight. For some reason, I have a feeling that Finley will sit though.

At the least, I'm hoping for:
Carkner vs. Thornton
Martin vs. Campbell/McQuaid

I hope if Finley sits, they play Boulton.

They are both very close in age and Thornton always has good fights against Boulton..the only one he lost was when he was young..if he gets knocked out, I wouldnt pick Boulton to be the one.
